The Story
We chatted with Sofia Carson at the Freeform Summit in LA.
What’s she been up to?
Pretty Little Lying. AKA starring on the hit series “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.” She also stars in Descendants 3 coming out this August. All while finishing up her degree at UCLA. Nbd.
What did she have to say?
It’s impossible to pick a favorite PLL. But she didn’t have trouble picking her favorite Disney shows. See: “Even Stevens,” “Hannah Montana,” and “That’s So Raven.” Oh and when it comes to books, it’s a tie between Paula by Isabel Allende and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
But how does she balance it all?
Be prepared. Sofia said her to-do list is her BFF when it comes to keeping the stress away. Plus iced green tea and some deep breaths.

Sofia may play the daughter of the Evil Queen from Snow White, but her career advice was all love. “Listen to your heart. What you truly love follow with everything that you have.” Love it.
