If there’s one thing my coworkers always point out about me, it’s that I’m the girl that gets a little too excited about new pantry launches at Whole Foods or Pop-Up Grocer. There’s really nothing else to say other than I love snacktime (and think all adults deserve to take one at 3 pm). When I find a beverage, food, or pantry item that’s delicious (and has some nutritional value), I'm going to keep buying it. So today, I’m sharing my constant repeat buys whenever I need to do a big pantry restock.

Some nostalgic crustless sandwiches...

In my eyes, there's nothing better than those classic crustless sandwiches I'd sometimes get in my lunchbox. These Super Sammies from Nurture Life are an updated version of said classic but instead of peanut butter, these are packed with sunflower seed butter. The best part about that? You can have them in nut-free environments and keep those allergic safe. They're non-GMO, made of real fruit, and they're bound to be an immediate new favorite for everyone. Store them in the freezer and be sure to give them some time to thaw out. ($41.99/4 boxes, Amazon)

The beverage I stock up on for an afternoon pick-me-up…

If you haven’t tried Poppi yet, what are you doing? The buzzy, social media-loved brand is absolutely worth the hype. I love it in the afternoon, but it also makes the perfect base for a nightly mocktail. Each can has about one tablespoon of ACV, which may aid in digestion, lower cholesterol, and so much more. Usually ACV is overpowering in taste, but because it's blended with yummy flavors like Raspberry Rose (my favorite) or Ginger Lime, you can’t taste a thing. Think of it as a healthier alternative to soda. ($21.60/12-pack, Amazon)

A sparkling water brand that’s deeply underrated…

As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I’m always looking for beverages that add a little extra something to my day. And usually when it comes to flavored sparkling water, I’m indifferent. I recently got hooked on Waterloo because of how potent their flavored essences are. All the flavors are tart, satisfying, and refreshing, without feeling bland or too sugary. My go-to is Strawberry. ($32.98/24-pack, Amazon)

Liquid I.V.

The hydrating elixir that always gets the job done…

As a resident beverage girlie, I’m always looking for tasty options that are actually good for me. I love Liquid I.V. on the days I want to stay extra hydrated (and it’s ideal for hot summer days). It’s packed with electrolytes, has no sugar, and this raspberry melon flavor is so refreshing. Just add one packet to 16 ounces of water and you’ll be good to go. ($25.99/14-pack)

Cookie dough protein bars…

Perfect for any sweet-tooth cravings, Mid-Day Squares are packed with fiber and protein (and only have 5g of sugar). Plus, because they’re smaller, they’re ideal if you want something to satiate you but don’t want to eat a whole energy bar. Out of all the protein bars I’ve tried, these taste the most authentic to their advertised flavors. I do really feel like I’m eating a square of cookie dough. ($55/24 squares, Amazon)

Single-serving bags of popcorn…

This is the best bagged popcorn I’ve ever had. It’s made with Himalayan sea salt and extra-virgin coconut oil, but still has that classic buttery taste. I even love the separate kernels for my popcorn popper. ($5.49/8-pack, Amazon)

GoNanas

The banana bread mix I always keep on hand…

Whether I’m in the mood for an easy dessert, or I’m entertaining and want to make a last-minute treat for my friends, I love the simple mixes from GoNanas. You only need three bananas, oil, maple syrup or honey, and the milk of your choice. Throw it all in a bowl, mix, and add to a loaf pan. ($10.79, Amazon)

Cranberry almond KIND bars…

KIND bars are my ultimate emotional support snack and I always have one in my bag. They’re energizing (thanks to the nuts and seeds), and the ingredients are simple. The cranberry almond flavor feels like a riff on what I look for in a trail mix. I also love a similar dark chocolate version, too. ($13.51/12-pack, Amazon)

The nut-free spread I’m addicted to…

Oat Haus is a must. My latest obsession from the brand: the Cookies & Cream flavor, which is even clad with mini white chocolate chips. This spreadable granola butter has a base of oats, flax, maple syrup, coconut oil, olive oil, salt, and spices. It comes in tons of delightful flavors, like Brownie Batter and Vanilla (which reminds me of cookie butter). You can eat it straight out of the jar, but I love it paired with yogurt, apples, and on toast. The best part? It’s vegan, kosher, nut-, soy-, and dairy-free, non-GMO, and free of the top 14 allergens. PS: Read my full review here. ($12.67, Amazon)

Pitted dates from Joolies…

If you’re a fan of dates, you need to try these — they’re some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re grown on a family farm in California, taste fresh, and are rich in that caramel-y date flavor. I love to put them in smoothies, make date caramel, or stuff them with peanut butter and melted chocolate and put them in the freezer. ($8.59, Target)

Seed crackers that go with everything…

Hear me out: I used to hate Mary’s Gone Crackers, but my taste buds have changed and now I can’t get enough of them. I love how you can pick from a plethora of flavor profiles and they’re gluten-free. My go-to way to serve them? Alongside some homemade dilly chicken salad. ($4.68, Amazon)

The viral tortilla chips…

I know, I know. You’re probably thinking “viral tortilla chips?” and feel a little confused. But these are the very tortilla chips Baked by Melissa swears by for serving with a chopped salad. Fair warning: they’re pretty salty, but they have the best crunchy texture. I love them with salad or a spread of dips. ($6.81, Amazon)

Graza

The olive oil duo my boyfriend thinks is a scam…

He claims that Graza’s cult-favorite olive oil is only popular because of their marketable packaging. I’m here to scream from the rooftops that it’s so much more than that. While the squeeze bottles make it easy to use and the packaging looks great on your counter, their cooking and finishing oils are versatile enough to make delicious dressings, roasted veggies, and a fantastic base for whatever you’re cooking. This is pure, intensely flavored olive oil that doesn’t have any added filler oils, or chemicals (which means it tastes better and is far better for you). Okay, olive oil rant over. ($37/set of two, Graza)

Banza’s chickpea pasta…

A staple in my pantry. I always keep Banza on hand for lazy nights when I want a comforting bowl of pasta but actually want to feel satiated. Because it’s made of chickpeas, it’s packed with protein and fiber to keep you full. My go-to is some shells and roasted broccoli tossed in Rao’s and parm. Simple and delish. ($20.25/3-pack, Amazon)

Honey peanut butter…

Justin’s for life. This honey peanut butter is the cornerstone of my kitchen and I use it for everything smoothies, oatmeal, baking, and so much more. The peanuts have a deep roasted flavor and the honey adds that extra bit of sweetness to balance it out. And their peanut butter cups? Chef’s kiss. ($6.74, Amazon)

A plain oatmeal from Bob’s Red Mill…

What can’t Bob do? Seriously, if you or someone in your life is gluten-free, this brand is a lifesaver. These gluten-free, whole-grain oatmeal packets are unflavored so you can easily add your own sweeteners, toppings, and mix-ins. ($9.12/8-pack, Amazon)

The chocolate chips I swear by…

For late-night snacking (IYKYK) or any baking projects. In my eyes, these are the perfect ones. They’re semi-sweet and get the perfect kind of melty — not too liquidy, but gooey. You know what I mean. ($4.49, Amazon)
