We support our parents at all points on their journey
We’re proud to offer 18 weeks of paid leave to all parents (adoption, fostering, and surrogacy included) and bereavement leave for pregnancy loss. We also have additional leave for parents whose newborns are in the NICU — their 18 weeks starts when their baby comes home. Additionally, we offer access to family building and fertility benefits through Kindbody, as well as a flexible and broad scale childcare and tutoring support program through our partners at Vivvi.
