We’ve officially entered the season of sales. First up, Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, which I mainly love for their exclusive beauty bundles. On my wish list? A restock of my favorite shampoo and this jumbo-sized L’Occitane Shower Oil. I also have my eyes on these under-$100 chunky hoops from Jenny Bird. These only scratch the surface, so I’ll be back on Thursday to share even more picks.

From now until July 11, Walmart is all in during their major Deals event. The steals are endless, but we suggest using it to buy a new vacuum, coffee maker, or electric toothbrush (aka the stuff you know you need to upgrade, but haven’t gotten around to yet).

Like Rothy’s Square Mary Jane? Try Vivaia’s Margot Mary Jane.
Rothy’s: At $159, this is the original brand for soft, flexible flats made of recycled materials. IOHO, the price is steep for what you’re getting, but we do love how dainty this silhouette is. It’s marketed as a square toe, but is still pretty rounded. We also love the thin straps and minimal hardware. These small details make the shoe seem more elegant.
Vivaia: If they’re good enough for cool girl Alexa Chung, they’re good enough for us. This pair from Vivaia is also made of a stretchy knit material with recycled bottles at the base. The difference? The toe is definitely a more exaggerated square, the strap is thicker, there’s buckle hardware, and the sole is a lot more padded. If you prefer a round toe, they have those, too, but we love how unique this pair is. They’re priced just under $100.
