Dresses

An LBD for any time of day…
Whether you’re headed to a wedding or just a stroll through the park, this black ruched maxi dress from Target wins every time. It has a flatting square-neck décolletage and a ruched form-fitting waist that’s still flexible and comfortable. If you’re traveling at all this spring, we guarantee this will help planning outfits so much easier. ($44.99, Target)

A denim shirt dress for when you just can’t…
Sometimes, you just want to throw on a robe and be done with it. This denim dress has a similarly roomy feel thanks to its oversized, boxy shape. Pair it with crisp white sneaks or sandals for a daytime look that’s both chic and relaxed. Zero effort required. ($128, Madewell)

An eyelet midi dress for weekend brunches…
This dress pairs best with sunny days and a freshly squeezed mimosa. We’re loving its trendy drop-waist silhouette and pastel colors (brides, they have a white option, too). The straps are adjustable and the pockets are nice and deep. Cheers to that. ($168, Astr the Label)

A sporty dress you can wear all day…
Pickleball practice, grocery store runs, coffee catch-up with friends — this dress can do it all. The interior shorts have you covered when it comes to chafing or flashing. Plus, they have pockets for stashing small valuables. It has built-in support but no cups, so you’re welcome to wear it with your favorite sports bra. ($178, Splits59)

A casual-cool linen flare dress for wandering hot cities…
This fit-and-flare midi dress is ready to hug you in all the right places while you jet off on a bright red vespa (or just a long car ride). It comes in seven colors and prints, including an always-chic gingham. Don’t let the lightweight European linen fool you, this dress holds up great in the wash (just be sure to wash it on cold). ($79.90, Quince)
Jumpsuits and Matching Sets

A wallet-friendly set for long travel days…
For those 4 am airport runs, we’d opt for this high-neck tank and matching set every time. Its cushy, soft material feels like a pair of sweats, but it looks more polished than your usual sweatsuit. The pants are wide-leg and cropped, which makes for optimal airflow and comfort for longer flights. It comes in 17 eye-catching colors. ($36.99, Amazon)

A linen short set that’s equal parts comfy and elevated…
Think of this set as a breezy sundress, only with shorts. The fresh linen material will keep you cool on even the hottest of days. They’re high-rise and pleated, while the matching buttoned top hits just above the seam for additional airflow. But don’t worry, you’ll still feel like you have full coverage. Add your favorite clutch and bold earrings to finish the look. ($90+, Banana Republic)

A jumpsuit that’s the definition of a one-and-done look…
This collared jumpsuit is our go-to for a number of reasons. It has a comfy knit fabric, stretchy elastic waistband, pockets, and a classic collar that gives business on top, but comfort….everywhere else. It has a front zipper on the bodice, so you can adjust the coverage to your liking. It’s available in sizes XXS-XL, and in petite, regular, or tall lengths. ($90, Abercrombie & Fitch)

A patterned romper that makes a statement…
You won’t find any buttons, zippers, or clips that jut out with this breezy, pull-on romper. Just fluttery sleeves, a stretchy smocked waist, and two side pockets of colorful, printed goodness. All four available patterns have us dreaming of sweet, sweet summertime. ($138, Anthropologie)

A striking one-piece inspired by 'The White Lotus'...
Meet one of our favorite pieces from Banana Republic’s resort-ready line inspired by everyone’s favorite show. The halter top has an open back to show off your tan, and the pants are wide, relaxed, and effortlessly chic. We also love that it's made with a soft viscose-linen blend designed specifically for hot, humid weather. ($250, Banana Republic)

A super soft knit two-piece set…
Throw this on when you don’t want to take off your pajamas quite yet but need to be out the door in five minutes. You’ll be surprised how put-together you’ll feel instantly. It comes in bold and neutral colors, with a very relaxed fit and vintage-inspired boat neck. ($88, Free People)

A classic short-sleeve jumpsuit we love hyping up…
We’ve always been big fans of Outerknown, specifically this jumpsuit. We love that they use earth-friendly materials like organic cotton and linen that feels already lived in and perfectly soft. We obviously can’t get enough pockets (there are six), and its adjustable waistline and cuffable tapered legs make it easy to find the perfect fit and style. ($168, Outerknown)
Statement Pieces

A maxi patterned skirt that will have everyone asking where it’s from…
Behold: the maxi skirt of our dreams. All you need is a solid tank and brown boots or sandals and you’ll look amazing with virtually zero effort. More to love: The brand, Farm Rio, is Latin-owned and founded, and for every purchase, they’ll plant one tree as a partner of the global reforestation nonprofit One Tree Planted. Do good, feel good, look good. ($198, Nordstrom)

Cropped pants in the cutest prints…
These make us think of Anthropologie’s viral icon glasses in the best way. They’re high-waisted and hit just above the knee, but the reason we really love them is their three eye-catching prints. Add a tee or an oversized button-down and you’ll put an entirely new spin on your go-to comfort outfit. ($130+, Anthropologie)

A denim vest like you’ve never seen before…
This is a great sleeveless jacket if you’re on the hunt for something a little different, but still comfortable and functional. This vest doesn’t require a shirt underneath it, just your favorite jeans or bottoms to help show it off. The wrap belt is removable, but we love the shape and fit it offers. ($190, Sézane)

A colorful cardigan for when you just want to be cozy…
Sometimes, comfort reigns supreme. When it does, we turn to this oversized ribbed knit cardigan. It comes in the brightest, boldest colors that never fail to cheer us up. Wear it with an all-black lounge look to add a pop of color, or with jeans and a solid top. ($27.99, Amazon)
